Mint Passionfruit Mango Bliss :)
The mint bush looking lush
The sun harsh
A thirst to squash
Bring me a Passionfruit Mango Mint crush!
Ingredients
- Handful of Mint from your garden
- Pulp from 4 passion fruits
- Flesh from 3 medium sized ripe mangoes
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- Sugar syrup – to taste
Making it
Blend the mint, passion fruit and mangoes. Then add in lemon juice and sugar syrup to taste. You can add freshly squeezed orange juice for some added liquid while blending. But do not add water as the Popsicle will taste diluted and the texture will not be nice and icy smooth.
Mint goes with so many fruits so go ahead and try blending it with orange, pineapple, berries, whatever you have in your fridge at that point.
My recipe makes 8 Popsicles. The volume of Popsicles will depend on the size of your Popsicle mould.
Have fun and share your version of a mint Popsicle on our facebook page .
