Workshop Details

The Good Garden is a children's urban food garden initiative by Cultivate Central for The Artground - a curious place to be. The Good Garden is a food garden for children and their communities to shape and connect with nature. A place to nurture a sense of what it means to help things grow. A space to explore, be curious and create in. A whimsical spot to cultivate food, artistic expressions, collaboration, communities, diversity and earth care together.

The Little Green Thumbs series are short gardening, playtime and art sessions inspired by The Good Garden.  This programme are drop-in sessions for participants to enjoy on a first come first served basis. Each programme is $10 per parent-child pair. It is held on Saturdays at 10.30am (2-3 years old) and 11.30pm (4-7 years old).

Cultivate Central's specially designed gardening sessions include Worms Love Coffee!, Yummy Microgreens, Seed dumplings and much more. Please visit The Artground website for more information on the  Little Green Thumbs programme and other fun activities for children with our partners The Artground.
